Eirik Wærner works as an environmental consultant at Norwegian company Multiconsult, specialising in construction and demolition waste, environmental and asbestos mapping. He has 40 years of experience in environmental survey and is one of Norway’s leading experts in the field. He is chairman of the Forum for Environmental Mapping and Remediation, and he leads the Norwegian Association of Consulting Engineers’ expert committee on sustainability.
