Robert McAllister is a WorkSafe New Zealand Licensed Asbestos Assessor, BOHS-qualified asbestos professional, and Building Surveyor. He has nearly 20 years’ experience across asbestos and hazardous materials management, compliance, and complex property portfolios in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Robert has worked extensively across the full asbestos lifecycle, including surveying, assessment, remediation scoping, compliance strategy, and risk-based programme delivery. He is recognised for his ability to translate technical asbestos and building risk into clear, evidence-based scopes of work and practical delivery strategies, supporting sound decision-making across large and complex property portfolios.
