Beate Diseth, of the Inkluderende Arbeidsliv, works in the project team of a government funded program for the Norwegian building and construction industry. The objective is to prevent and reduce sick leave and withdrawal from work life as well as improve health and safety (HSE)-practices in the industry. She has extensive experience from various digitalisation and innovation projects in the private and public sectors.
Her presentation focuses on this question: How can we reduce the risk for asbestos exposure in the Norwegian construction industry? She will discuss an ongoing interdisciplinary project to design a digital solution to increase awareness, motivation and competence.
